GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last Updated: October 2026
These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases made through this online store (“Store”).
By placing an order, the customer (“Customer”, “you” or “your”) agrees to these Terms.
These Terms should be read together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or overrides any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
1. Products and Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, specifications and other information displayed through the Store are accurate.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, manufacturing batches and device or screen settings.
Minor variations that do not materially affect the nature, quality or functionality of a product will not necessarily constitute a defect.
Products are offered subject to availability.
If a product is defective, incorrect, materially different from its description or otherwise non-conforming, the Customer retains all remedies available under applicable law.
2. Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated through the Store.
Applicable taxes, shipping costs and other charges payable directly to us will be displayed before the Customer completes the purchase where required.
For international shipments, additional customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges may apply where these are not included in the checkout price.
We may change prices at any time, but price changes will not normally affect orders already accepted.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may correct the error and, where legally permitted, cancel the affected order. Any applicable payment already collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.
3. Orders
By submitting an order, the Customer makes an offer to purchase the selected products.
After an order is submitted, the Customer will normally receive an electronic order confirmation.
Orders may be subject to reasonable payment, security and fraud-prevention checks before fulfilment.
An order may be refused or cancelled for a legitimate reason, including:
- product unavailability;
- unsuccessful payment authorisation;
- materially incorrect customer information;
- reasonable suspicion of fraud or unauthorised payment;
- an obvious pricing or listing error;
- inability to deliver to the supplied address;
- restrictions imposed by applicable law.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected and no amount is lawfully due, the applicable payment will be refunded.
4. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order, including their name, contact information, delivery address and payment information.
Customers should verify their information before completing an order.
If incorrect information has been provided, customer support should be contacted as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once processing or fulfilment has started.
Reasonable additional costs resulting directly from incorrect information supplied by the Customer may be charged where permitted by law.
5. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
By submitting payment information, the Customer confirms that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed by independent payment service providers.
An order may be delayed, rejected or cancelled if:
- payment is declined;
- payment cannot be authenticated;
- reasonable fraud indicators are detected;
- the payment method appears unauthorised;
- required payment verification cannot be completed.
The Customer will not knowingly be charged more than the total amount presented and accepted during checkout unless an additional amount is subsequently authorised or permitted by law.
6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers experiencing a problem with an order are encouraged to contact customer support so that the matter can be investigated and resolved.
Nothing in these Terms restricts a Customer’s legitimate right to contact their bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Where a payment dispute or chargeback occurs, relevant transaction information may be provided to the payment provider, bank or card network where reasonably necessary and lawful.
This may include order records, customer communications, tracking information, delivery confirmation and refund information.
Fraudulent or materially false payment disputes may be challenged using available evidence.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may enter processing shortly after they are placed.
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact customer support as soon as possible.
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing, fulfilment or shipment has begun.
If an order can no longer be cancelled before dispatch, this does not remove any statutory withdrawal or return rights available to the Customer.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address supplied during checkout.
Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery periods are communicated through the Store, checkout and/or our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier disruption, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, transportation disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and reasonably cooperating with delivery attempts.
Further information regarding tracking, international shipping, customs, delayed shipments and failed deliveries is available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Mandatory delivery rights remain unaffected.
9. International Orders and Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or clearance charges.
Where such charges are not included in the amount paid through the Store, they may be payable separately by the Customer in accordance with applicable law.
Customers are responsible for reasonably cooperating with legitimate customs requirements.
Where a shipment is returned because of an unjustified refusal, failure to collect, incorrect customer information or failure to satisfy customs obligations for which the Customer was responsible, reasonable resulting costs may be charged or deducted from an applicable refund where permitted by law.
10. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the Customer must communicate their decision to withdraw within the applicable statutory period.
Customers may inspect products to the extent reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, size and fit.
Where legally permitted, a reasonable deduction may be made if the value of a returned product has been reduced because it was handled beyond what was reasonably necessary for inspection.
Further return instructions and eligibility requirements are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless another method is agreed or legally permitted.
Refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Where legally permitted, reimbursement may be withheld until returned products have been received or sufficient evidence of return has been provided.
Banks, card issuers and payment providers may require additional processing time after a refund has been issued.
Further information is available in our Return & Refund Policy.
12. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, the Customer should contact customer support as soon as reasonably possible.
Customers may be asked to provide the order number, a description of the issue and reasonable photographic evidence where relevant.
An appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory warranty or conformity rights.
13. Exchanges and Return Exceptions
Where exchanges are offered, they are subject to product availability and the eligibility requirements contained in our Return & Refund Policy.
Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where applicable law expressly permits an exception, including certain personalised, custom-made or sealed hygiene-sensitive products.
Sale or discounted products are not automatically excluded from statutory consumer rights merely because they were purchased at a reduced price.
Return exceptions do not remove remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming products.
14. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to conditions including validity periods, eligible products, minimum purchase requirements, geographic restrictions or single-use limitations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined.
Promotional codes have no cash value and may be rejected where they are expired, invalid, fraudulently obtained or used contrary to their communicated conditions.
15. Fraud Prevention
Reasonable security and fraud-prevention measures may be used to protect Customers, the Store and payment providers.
Orders may be subject to additional verification where reasonable indicators of fraud or unauthorised activity are detected.
Information may be shared with payment processors, fraud-prevention providers and other relevant service providers where reasonably necessary and lawful for transaction processing, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling or regulatory compliance.
Personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing is intended to exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits from being excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
17. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including major transportation disruption, natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, customs disruption or major infrastructure failures.
Reasonable efforts will be made to minimise the effects of such circumstances.
Any mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer rights remain unaffected.
18. Third-Party Services and Personal Data
The Store may rely on third-party service providers, including payment processors, e-commerce platforms, fulfilment providers, carriers and technology providers.
The use of third-party providers does not remove obligations imposed on us by mandatory consumer law.
Personal information may be shared with relevant service providers where reasonably necessary to process payments, fulfil orders, deliver shipments, prevent fraud, provide customer support or comply with legal obligations.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
19. Changes and Severability
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to our operations, services or legal requirements.
Material changes will not retrospectively reduce rights attached to orders already accepted where doing so would be unlawful.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
20. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms and purchases made through the Store are governed by applicable law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections available under applicable law or restricts a Customer from bringing a claim before a court or authority with jurisdiction.
Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer legislation, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
