Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–6 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you if this is the case.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to courier and customs delays.
Carriers
We ship with DHL, DPD, PostNL, or UPS depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your parcel every step of the way.
Import Duties & Taxes
There are no import fees or additional duties for shipments within the European Union.
For orders outside the EU, customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Important Information
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
- If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, contact the carrier directly within 5 business days. Once a package is marked as delivered, the carrier is responsible.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered at the door or around the property.
