RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

All items purchased on sale or with a discount code are FINAL SALE. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. No exceptions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused
In their original condition with no signs of wear
Returned with all original tags attached
Returned in their original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.

Note: If a package has been opened with a sharp object causing damage to the product or packaging, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please open your package carefully.

How to Request a Return

The reason for your return

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Sale items or items purchased with a discount code
Gift cards
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
Items returned without original tags or packaging
Items returned outside the 14-day window

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing time by your bank may vary.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Keep your shipping receipt until your refund is confirmed.

Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Refused or uncollected packages will be charged a €30 fee to cover shipping and handling costs.
