Welcome to CherryHouse. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. These terms apply to all transactions and interactions with CherryHouse.

General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the CherryHouse website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
CherryHouse reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to violations of these Terms & Conditions.

 

Products

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or minor manufacturing differences.
CherryHouse reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

 

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed by CherryHouse are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes where required by law, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
CherryHouse reserves the right to modify product prices at any time. Price increases due to unforeseen changes in cost — such as supplier pricing, currency fluctuations, or regulatory changes — may be applied without prior notice.
Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped. CherryHouse accepts the payment methods listed at checkout.
If a price increase occurs after an order is confirmed, the consumer retains the right to cancel the agreement, unless the change is the result of a legal obligation.

 

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the order — it is an acknowledgment of receipt.
CherryHouse reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors or technical issues on the website, suspected fraud or unauthorized use of payment methods, product unavailability or stock errors, or failure to verify customer information. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and any payments made will be refunded.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time after processing is 6–14 business days. All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. CherryHouse is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
Transport costs are borne by the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
CherryHouse is not responsible for delays, inspections, or seizures by customs or other government authorities. Customers are responsible for providing any required documentation and paying applicable customs duties or taxes. If a shipment is refused, returned, or destroyed by customs due to customer non-cooperation, CherryHouse is not obligated to issue a refund for the order or shipping costs.
The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer upon delivery to the specified shipping address.

 

Returns & Exchanges

CherryHouse accepts returns within 14 days of delivery and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions: the product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact, proof of purchase must be provided, and the product must not have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: discounted or sale items, custom-made or personalized products, perishable goods, and products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.
Please refer to our dedicated Returns & Exchanges page for complete instructions and eligibility requirements. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Warranty & Complaints

CherryHouse provides a warranty on products limited to defects caused by faulty manufacturing, construction, or materials. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from accidents, modifications, negligence, or misuse, or defects where the cause cannot be clearly determined.
Customers must inspect their order upon receipt and report any defects or complaints to CherryHouse as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after discovery. Consumers are required to notify us within 2 months of identifying a defect. All complaints must include a detailed description of the defect and, where possible, photographic evidence. Late Payment

If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, CherryHouse reserves the right to charge statutory interest of 2% per month on the outstanding amount, with partial months counted as full months, suspend order processing or shipment until payment is received, and recover extrajudicial collection costs in accordance with applicable law.
In the event of liquidation, bankruptcy, or suspension of payments by the customer, all outstanding claims become immediately due and payable.

 

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing and shipping information at the time of ordering. CherryHouse cannot be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Customers must ensure that delivery can take place at the specified address. If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address information, any additional delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on the CherryHouse website — including but not limited to photographs, logos, designs, graphics, text, product descriptions, and branding — is the exclusive property of CherryHouse and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without prior written permission from CherryHouse. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

 

Limitation of Liability

CherryHouse is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence on our part. In all other cases, our liability is limited to direct damages directly related to the relevant order.
CherryHouse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including lost profits or missed savings, damages resulting from customer misuse of products, or delays and failures caused by third-party carriers, customs, or force majeure. Where liability applies, it is limited to the invoice value of the relevant order. Any claim for compensation against CherryHouse expires 12 months after the event giving rise to the claim.

 

Force Majeure

CherryHouse shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions, supplier failures, transportation disruptions, or port closures, and technical failures or cyber incidents.
If a force majeure situation persists for more than 30 days, both parties retain the right to terminate the agreement in writing without liability for damages.

 

Right of Termination

The customer has the right to terminate the agreement if CherryHouse materially fails to fulfill its obligations and does not remedy the failure within a reasonable period after written notice.
CherryHouse reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the customer fails to meet their payment or other obligations, or if there is reasonable cause to believe they will not do so.

 

Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your information solely to fulfill orders, process payments, provide customer support, and improve our services.
By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your personal data for these purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required for order fulfillment such as shipping carriers and payment processors.

 

 

Changes to These Terms

CherryHouse reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Minor changes may be made at any time without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated to customers where reasonably possible.
Consumers retain the right to terminate the agreement if significant changes are made to these terms that negatively affect their rights. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable consumer protection and commercial law. Any disputes arising from these terms or from orders placed with CherryHouse shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law. Consumers retain all rights provided under mandatory consumer protection legislation in their country of residence.
